Telkom refuses to disconnect my service!!!

<p>Telkom is simply a waste of time. I've written a report w.r.t. cancelling my service on the 12th of June 2016. I received a response within a week and was asked to submit the cancellation form. I've done this more than a week ago and once again I'm back to square one! Bad service is a gross understatement.</p>
