Telkom refuses to convert landline to an ADSL line
Telkom has been dragging their feet since 13 June 2015 to transfer the custody of my ACTIVE Telkom land/voice line *** to my ISP Afrihost .

Afrihost ***-207974 requested Telkom to convert active landline *** to a 4 Mbps ADSL line on 13 June 2015. Telkom T&C's stipulate that the transfer & conversion time frame for such applications is finalised with 2 weeks to 30 days

My ISP Afrihost, has been contacting Telkom in vain to convert the ACTIVE voice line *** to a 4Mbps ADSL.

My ISP sent me the link below which obviously describes how Telkom has embarked on a \Go Slow"strategy to prevent other ISP's from competing with them on an equal playing field

[URL Removed]

This is a typical quasi government strategy . . . you don't fix your department"
