Telkom refuses to communicate

Telkom makes it impossible for anyone to communicate with them; the My Telkom app does not allow me to log in, the Telkom website does not allow me to log in (or change passwords just in case), the WhatsApp page does not allow any meaningful interaction and when I eventually found two email addresses, both of them bounced back as "Address does not exist" I want to cancel a fibre service because it never worked but Telkom does not permit cancellations of any kind of non-telephone service
