TELKOM REFUSES TO CANCELL FIBER

Telkom refuses to close my BUSINESS FIBER, I have send a document to them on the 09 September 2020, I gave them 30 day notice. but Im stil being charged for services that I don't have and don't used and that I have cancelled.
