Telkom refuses to cancel Showmax VOD

<p>I wonder how manjy times must I contact Telkom to eventually remove Showmax VOD subscription. I ask them to cancel, they supply reference number, just to see it is billed and not removed. I have about 4 references.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have enlisted the assistance of my ex wife who is a telkom employee, she also recieved a reference number and the call was closed stating it has been removed... ALAS they have not and I am still billed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am also now a telkom employee as the company I work for was bought by telkom (Recent news and do not want to disclose the name here)</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a last resort to try and resolve my issue.
