Telkom Refuses to Cancel Services

<p>Towards the end of February we emailed through the necessary documents to cancel certain services on our account. We were told via the call centre that we would receive a call within a month to confirm our cancellation. Numerous phonecalls later to the call centre and the only reply we get is " to wait for telkom phonecall". its now more than a month and we still waiting. I have a good mind to cancel all our services with telkom after this fiasco.</p>
