Telkom refuses to cancel my service

I have phoned telkom to cancel my LTE service, the person told me I should go to the branch, I went to the Centurion mall branch on 24 Aug. 20th Sept it was still not cancelled and I phoned again, they cant pick it up on the system, so the person gave me her email address to send it to her and I sent it to her. End of October it was still not cancelled!!! Yet again they can't pick it up on the system, sent it to a supervisor and cancellations but still the service is active....Really unacceptable.
