Telkom refuses to cancel my contract! (9 months)!!

My nightmare with telkom began in September 2017 when a store assistant incorrectly advised me which lead to me taking the wrong product. Since the product was month to month, I cancelled in October 2017. Telkom is still debiting my account until this day! 9 months later! This is ******** and I urge all users looking to take out a telkom contract to beware!
