Telkom Refuses to cancel my contract

<p>Good Day </p> <p>Please note that telkom has blatenlty refused to cancel my contract, i received a statement relecting out of contract charges which i have not agreed to. My contract expired in August 2016 and i received no notification whatsover to inform me thereof. I spoke to Zama Bhengu on 26-09-2016 at 16:46 PM she advised me that i will again be charged in October even though i am asking for it to be cancelled. I refuse this coercion from telkom, how is it possible for these benefits to be forced upon me even though i have a recored telephone conversation requesting for cancellation. Assistance with the matter will be highly appreciated.</p>
