Telkom Refuses to Cancel My Account so they can make Money off me

Hi

I have been liaising with Telkom since Aug 2018 regarding cancellation of my Telkom account and they make it impossible to do while they continue to bill me. Please refer to correspondence below. I have had to settle my account, was advised ot go online and cancel and when I do this I am advised it did not go through and have to pay another bill. I have still not received confirmation that my account is cancelled. The service is terrible and I am holding liable as he promised us Telkom clients better service in July 2018 quoted from Business Report "Serame TaukobongTelkom’s new head of customer service, says a dedicated team will prioritise service improvements and communication with customers". Please can this be forwarded to him and if not to the CEO who appointed him Sipho Maseko. I would also like their e-mail addresses if nobody can reolve my incorrect billing issues, cancel my accounta dn refund me all charges since August 2018.

Regards

Mr A Sami

Good Day Noluvuyo

Please can you confirm once the account has been cancelled and give me feedback on the dispute once the 7 days has passed.

I prefer dealing with one person and if it is not you then please escalate this query to your Manager.

Anben

Hi. I cancelled my Telkom account online 3 months ago after paying the amount of R1467.36. I even went to the Telkom store at Overport City Dbn but they advised me it would take 3 months ago and not to worry. All this time you guys have been charging me. Please cancel this amount and my account. I was planning to get internet through you guys but if this is not sorted out urgently I will never deal with Telkom again.
