Telkom refuses to cancel Adsl line
My reference number is ********** 74. I received a confirmation sms that my adsl line is cancelled but Telkom continues to bill me. I am now getting arrear accounts and this will affect my credit rating. I am no longer staying at the addres and need this cancelled ASAP! 10210 = No Answer!
Don’t know what to do, so many of these complaints. Is this Telkom’s way of forcing people to pay, holding citizens ransom!

05 Feb 2018, 14:18So since I have called yet again, it has come to my attention that Telkom is adding the R700 deposit to my outstanding account instead of deducting it. Please attend to this ao that the correct outstanding amount reflects which I am then happy to pay.
