Telkom refuses to build manhole

<p>surely when you apply for a line and there are no cables to your house, Telkom should be able to install everything from start to finish? I have been waiting for three months for my ADSL line to be installed, but Telkom is refusing to complete the manhole outside my property in order to bring the cable to my house. This was work that should have been completed by Telkom ten years ago... When did Telkom start sub-contracting their work? And who then takes responsibility?</p>
