Telkom refuses to assist or respond to my call.

Telkom is absolutely the worst business to deal with.I have been trying to cancel a Telkom service for almost 2 years now without joy. I have tried the pathetic Telkom website and it does not allow the cancellation to go through. I would appreciate if someone could call me to assist on **********. Yves. I raised a concern on Hello Peter and no one from Telkom has even bothered to call me back. This is a hopeless organisation.
