Telkom refuses to allocate my money, and bank charges are simply flowing off my account

In January 2021 I split my billing in two as few contracts were being paid for by my daughter. In February 2021 a correct dr order was put through her account and debit was successful. Dr on my account was unsuccessful as I did not have enough funds. I noticed that Telkom sent me 2 accounts. When I queried this they said that somebody had created a duplicate account on my name with the same contract numbers that were already being paid by my daughter. I paid R350 towards my correct account in March which Telkom allocated to the duplicate account. At the end of March Telkom did an edo attempt for the both the correct and duplicate accounts and both were successful. TELKOM was now sitting with 2 payments R350 and R345.29 which were allocated to the duplicate account. I did not pay my account in April as I asked Telkom to allocate the two payments on my duplicate account to my correct account. My account would then be in a credit. The lady said they could not do it, I had to go to a store. At the store I was told that only the billing department could assist. In the meantime I received an sms to say that my account is in arrears. I was told to send an email explaining everything which I did. In the email I mentioned that if money was taken out of my account I will contact hellopeter. No money was taken off my account and I assumed everything was sorted out. I received an sms last week to say that my account would be suspended due to non payment. I went to the Telkom store at Trade Route and a very nice gentleman assisted me. He said since I am not getting joy from the billing department he will ask the legal department to assist me. He logged a ticket on my behalf. The legal department called me on Friday and as I was telling the my story the call got disconnected. Needless to say they never bothered to contact me again. My cellphone was suspended yesterday. I am currently unemployed and borrow money to meet my financial obligations every month. If I put money into my account I know that Telkom will take the money again. They tried an Edo attempt on Saturday and I have to bear the cost of the bank charges for the return just like I had to pay a lot of bank charges over the past few months because of Telkom. I asked where the billing department was so I could visit them and sort the problem out. I was told that there is no where I could go. Nobody can help me over the fone or at the store. R700 is a lot of money to just give Telkom a donation. I see no light at the end of this tunnel. I am very frustrated at the moment, and would just like this billing to be split the way it was supposed to be, my money allocated correctly, and all the money paid for bank charges through no fault of mine to be paid back to me.

Update: I paid my May account on 2 June R730 despite having such a huge dispute on 3 June a lady from Telkom called me in response to my email dated 6 May 2021. Unfortunately I could not hear her name clearly but she graciously assisted me and sorted out my account. I was left with a balance of R282 which meant that my payment would mire than cover up and have enough for the June account to be paid as well. Alas today is 7 June my cell phone is still locked i was told that my payment will only reflect on my account within 48 Telkom business hours meaning after 4 working days the lady I spoke to wished she could assist further but could not do anything to unblock my account. There is no manager in charge nobody to assist the consumer a really said state of affairs indeed i shall just have to sit back and relax and wait for my fone to be unblocked and guaranteed Telkom will take out their debit order from my bank account on 15 despite my account being paid and up to date
