Telkom Refuses Prepaid SIM Swap – Unacceptable

I have been waiting two weeks for a prepaid SIM swap, and Telkom refuses to assist because I owe money on a separate account. While I acknowledge the debt, this has nothing to do with my prepaid number. Their refusal is unreasonable and against ICASA regulations—SIM swaps for prepaid numbers are not credit-related. Because of this, I’ve lost access to my banking, emails, and all communication platforms, causing serious inconvenience. Telkom must resolve this immediately.
