Telkom refused to cancel my contract

I took a 24 months cell contract with telkom, the contract expired in October 2023 but they kept on deducting money from my account. Now they are telling me that I'm on month to month contract of which I did not sign up for and they are refusing to cancel this contract. They always debit my account every chance they have and on the wrong dates and if they dnt get money the charges me a lot of money for something I didn't consent for. I even went to Rosebank Telkom shop to cancel but they refused yo cancel it.
