Telkom Refused to be accountable and Suspended My account for the charges that they added without my consent

I have been on DSL Unlimited Home Lite contract for about 7 months now with you now, I see you have been introducing the new charges that I never subscribed for. I contacted your support (10210) and they told me I must contact yellow pages. I do not understand how Telkom allows entries of charges to my statement without my consent and even tells me to contact the 3rd party, yellow pages that Telkom has partnered with to impose their **** business into my customers. I summarised these details too and I see you did not do anything about it. Telkom is the one that accepted these entries without my consent, and I demant that be removed. Got these entries on our unlimited home lite account bill: Directory Services Charges Web 2050Info3 IYP *** 01 of 01 months R 933.80 Info2050Info3 TYP *** 01 of 01 months R 257.60 Subtotal R 1,620.40

Even after I explained to you that I do not know anything about the charges Telkom keeps on adding them. I called and talked to a lady by the name of (not mentioned for POPIA reasons) on the 30th of June @15:45 and she said she cannot help us, it is not a Telkom problem. When we asked her how it is not a Telkom problem while they had it on their bill? She said the aggrement Telkom has with Yellopages to add. I couldn't believe it. These companies have been agreeing on ******** us without us. But I do not have a contract with trudon/yellopages. How do you allow trudon to post charges on my account for services I do not have nor use. Yellowpages if for business and yet they put charges for home service that I bought from telkom? What level of **** is this? Can telkom rectify this?
