Telkom refuse to update my profile with Credit Bureau

Telkom is refusing to update my profile and I have paid up my account with them. The consultants refuse to let me talk to their managers. My credit is looking bad. I call everyday but there is no luck. I want them to remove the default.

They give the worst service ever. My turn around time for my case is ********** 5
