Telkom refuse to replace defective a phone

On 28th July 28 2019 I signed a contract a phone with Telkom, where I got 2 phones(Huawei p30 pro and Huawei smart 2019). On 10th August 2019,I realised that the camera of the p30 had a cracked, and I didn't create the crack so, I took the phone back to festival mall and I asked for a new phone, they said it's after 7 days, so I left the phone with them. They expect me to pay for them to fix a factory defect because they refuse to acknowledge that they intentionally gave me a phone
