Telkom refuse to hold their contractor accountable and refuse to Intervene

Telkoms sub contractor was installing fibre at my premises and damaged a cement slab and the tar around the cement slab. The contractor is Unique communications. I called Unique Communications spoke to the director, Praneetha and she was rude. Wrote to the CEO of Telkom and he seems not interested. I have given this company, Unique Communications two occasions to repair the damage they have caused without success. Telkom refuses to get involved eventhough this is their contractor. If telkom refuses to take responsibility or deal with this mess their contractor has done i will be taking legal action against Telkom.
