Telkom refuse to give refund
I had a long outstanding issue with my Telkom LTE connection (since January) After 8 month this has now finally been resolved. I have now requested Telkom to give a full refund for the 8 month they could not provide a service as promised, up to today they are just ignoring my emails and the call center just keeps on saying they will escalate!!
