Telkom refuse to give my 20% dicount on contract

I joined Telkom and did a online contract where you get 20% discount on DSL. After month 6 of the 12 month contract they decided to take away the discount. 6 Months later I still need to go to the shop for them to make a despute with Telkom. Every month same story, no discount. All in all they are *****ing from me. This problem has been logged 6 times and they refuse to correct it.<br> <br>
