Telkom Refuse to Cancel Contract even after 24 months

So I have a contract with Telkom they refuse to cancel despite 24 months being up already. My line has since been suspended. they charge me R100 for benefits I have no knowledge of with an "indefinite contact. They refuse to provide me with call recordings so I can go to the CGSO SA they also refuse to unsuspend my line.
