Telkom Refusal to cancel my expired data contract
I sent a letter to close my data account on the on the 19 and the email was acknowledged by retentions on the 20th.
To this date, Telkom has not canceled my contract and worse they refered me to debt collectors for money I don’t owe in the 1st place.
