Telkom Refund dispute

Good day

I would not recommend taking a data contract with Telkom. My contract was upgraded 2 times without my consent, when I enquired the relevant agents were contacted but did not respond.

I finally managed to cancel my contract and the agent helping me calculated that I was overcharged R3911.13 in total throughout my contract.

I then requested the refund of which according to them it was payed out but I did not received any money. I called multiple times and sent emails with my bank statements showing that I did not receive the refund. The matter was also escalated to supervisors.

They are now ignoring my calls and emails and I still have not received my refund.
