Telkom - Refund

Our company cancelled its service with Telkom due to needing fiber. We have since asked for a refund. The refund request and supporting documents required were submitted on the 10-08-2022. The contact person assigned is Hendrick Swart. We have been trying to follow up however the calls are not being answered and there has been no response to follow up emails. The Telkom call center cannot assist as they've said they do not deal with refunds and cannot put me through to the department that does because they cannot receive call. Any kind of assistance with this matter will be highly appreciated.
