TELKOM REFUND.

I'm unhappy with the way Telkom is treating their clients when it comes to cancellations and refunds. I have cancelled my mobile contract in March this year, but Telkom kept on deducting from my account and even handed me over instead of refunding me. I was assisted by Zinhle Nkosi a Telkom representative who even sent me an email (***) so that I can send my bank statements for a refund of R845 but to date she never came back to me as she promised that my query will be resolved after 48 hours. Telkom is still sending nonstop SMS's for an account that was settled.
