Telkom refund and extremely poor service experience.

I have been trying to get my refund for 5 months. After exhausting all avenues - and submitting all valid and required documents - several times (that were all verified and accepted as correct and reference numbers provided) - I was given a number for Linda Smit. For months I left countless messages on het landline and NOT ONCE was any communication, explanation or contact made with me. They do not give any email addresses so that nobody can be contacted - ONLY A TELEPHONE NUMBER - THAT IS NEVER ANSWERED. This leads to a dead end and certainly raises a lot of questions???
