Telkom Refund

It is not easy to cancel a Telkom data line or landline service. During early 2020 they got a lawyer to contact me alleging that I owe some amounts. I had cancelled the services earlier during 2019 and had overpaid. I requested a statement that indicated that Telkom owes me a refund. I requested the lawyer to assist with a refund. The reply was that she does not deal with refunds. To date I have not received the refund despite numerous attempts.
