Telkom refund

My name is fadia mclar I'd *** cell phone ***, I had a contract with Telkom and has of the last two weeks we have had no network and was unable to use my Wi Fi. I contacted Telkom and was told to reset and do all the things they tell you but to no avail.i tried my sister wi Fi with another eywork and it worked perfect so when I called Telkom again to rather cancel immediately as they saw no fault on their side I wan told that they would cancel immediately but however my account got deducted for a service that was cancelled and data that we clearly could not use. Trying to call Telkom us a waste of time. I want my money back as I'm not going to use Telkom for March and I cancelled the contract so why debit my account. This is really poor service to loyal customers from telkom.i would not recommend you to anyone if this service continues to be so poor.Please refund my money as I got no result or no help and could not use the data for how long and have been a loyal Telkom customer.
