Telkom refund

Their customer service is veer poor and bad, they hang up a call while still online, they don't adhere to the requests and they don't respond to their emails I closed my account with extra money,I logged a refund case two week ago, the agent opened a case without attaching my POP that results to my case being rejected, I called again yesterday, the lady by the name of Valencia was busy assisting me, while still busy asking me security questions they called hanged up, this is frustrating,
