Telkom refund

Hi I would like to say you guys have a pathetic service... I paid you guys R700 for a service I still haven't received my adsl line I called numerous time for you to cancel my order and today I was advised I can cancel only by a store and also communicated with you guys on Facebook and you advise me that you guys log it to be canceled Im yet to receive my refund and I'm considering this as ******* I also submitting a complaint to icassa if this matter isn't resolved it's been 4 months now!!!
