Telkom reference numbers is useless

<p>Telkom provides you with a reference which is absolutely useless as they ask you everything except for their own ref number. Absolutely a waste of time, Telkom's call center systems are not operational but they want to provide a service to the public. No wonder everyone is complaining. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am sooooo glad VUMA is implementing their own cables which is half the price so we can move away from Telkom and get the service we paying for.</p> <p> </p> <p>#TelkomTerribleService</p>
