Telkom *** Threat of Legal Action

<p>Totally fed up with Telkom and their incompetence, unprofessionalism and outright lies. It is clear that the "business has responded" tag which makes inexperienced readers of this site think that Telkom is addressing the issues customers raise is worthless. It simply signifies that a post/complaint has received a standard/automated response from the Telkom team (or robot) that watches this portion of the Hello Peter site. Nothing happens thereafter. So we have decided to play hardball - after all, Telkom is taking our money. As we aren't getting what we are paying for, we think there is a breach of contract issue. Together with all the broken promises from "customer services" and "technical support", we think we have a case. Furthermore, if we were to charge Telkom for all our time that has been wasted just on trying to get them to do the job we are already paying them for, they would owe us thousands of Rand. </p>
