TELKOM *** How long does it take to realize that a whole area is affected by a tower that keeps on going offline It's been more than a week now with intermittent coverage on both internet and cellular reception, can't go online can't make or receive phone calls . The call was logged 05/07/2024 until today we are being told to wait 72 hours it's been 120 hours since the call was logged. Really pathetic service
