Telkom reducing internet speeds at will

Hi,

For the third time in 1 year my internet speed with telkom has been reduced from 4mb to 2mb and this last time they cant help me repair the problem. Instead they are telling me to upgrade my package????? I have been on a 4mb line for months now...

Please let me know if you are experiencing the same issue, hopefully I can get enough support to open a case with Carte Blance.

This is unacceptable.
