Telkom reception is horrible!

I have three Telkom products. An LTE uncapped router, an unlimited cellphone and a R600 package. I bought these with the advise of Telkom and the coverage map saying I have signal at my home.

It worked fine for a while but now, I get zero reception. I work from home and I have complained for two months about the bad reception and Telkom has done nothing. I am being charged for 3 contracts that I can't use.
