TELKOM RECEPTION A DISGRACE

I lodged a complaint about my phone not having receprion for the past months. I was ignoring it until i realised that it is putting me at risk, because of its unrealibility i could be in danger and i would not be able to contact anyone. its even woprse when i have to attempt to call 10 times before calls could go through, i dont even want to mention the internet. I feel like Telkom is dragging their feet in getting this resolved yet i am paying 600/month for this sium card which i requested to be cancelled because it is proving to be no use to me. they still deducted me for this month.
