Telkom reaping people off

Telkom is reaping us off, I paid R30 for 30gig which was a "promotion" but my network has been slow since I can't watch videos on YouTube, I can't watch a movie on showmax without it stopping or be on Instagram without losing the connection yet my data will expire today midnight, mind you I'm sitting at 27gigs.
