Telkom Reaping of My Data

I have a contract with telkom for 10gig data and I only receive the data for 8 month and when I try to get answers as to why I received 1gig instead of 10 no one is able to assist me. i am tired with telkom this has been going for 3 months now. I just want to cancel the contract and move to the other network that will provide better customer service.
