Telkom reaping me off

The worst service provider, I have heard people complain about thier worst experience with Telkom and today I got to experience that myself. They expect me to pay for a service that they have not fully rendered to me, how crazy is that😡.

Called customer care and consultant could not even answer my questions let alone understand and provide me with explaination. How ***********!
