Telkom really fails us as client

Someone opened a *****ulent account under my name i was surprised of debit orders month end. I only own a prepaid telkom sin no contract, When i went to the stores, the system shows that I've got multiple of contracts. so i made an affidavit to state that im not the one responsible for the accounts. So when i call they are saying that they are still busy with investigations so i don't know why they don't pause the applications until the investigations are done because it looks like new account are opened almost every week. It looks like it is an inside job because i guess the system was supposed to block any inquiries from my ID number until the investigations are done.
