Telkom really doesn't give a damn about their customers

<p>I wrote a review about the ******* from Telkom service centers where 2 different amounts were quoted to repair the same phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their response was that the query was lodged and to date I haven't received a call or email.</p> <p> </p> <p>i decided that I was gatvol and called to request a penalty quotation for early cancellation. They told me to go to a Telkom shop. I went to a Telkom shop in Hatfield and those women chose to flirt with male customers while we are in s long queue. Anyways, the lady told me I can only get a quote by calling the same customer service that sent me to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>To say I am fed up with Telkom is an understatement. I was told cancellations take 30 days. How can I remain stuck with such incompetency and bad service for a full month?</p>
