Telkom really does nothing

You guys tell me that you will send out a technician and after a few months of waiting it finally happens, to which he comes and then leaves without telling us anything or doing anything, then i complain to you guys to which you tell me to wait for a response that never comes, I've been trying since January to sort out a simple line installation it is now April and I am still waiting for a response from you, and even though you have the monopoly there is no reason countless have to suffer with bad service from you guys. If you could just come install a physical telephone line then I will leave you guys alone, and in all probability you will reply to this with a message saying I should wait for you to do something, as per usual, ending with you doing nothing
