Telkom, Really?????

Telkom is the worst ever. First, every department doesnt know what to do, so they send you from sales to billing and back again. Then guess what, we are offline, sorry ne. It took me over an hour to hear they cant do anything because my account is in arrears, but it their fault because they never cancelled the service last year as requested and now I'm responsible for it all. So they pass the blame. Wonderful telkom, may there soon be someone that can deliver a service and not a blame game. You just really know how to push a person to the limits with frustration and tears. Well done.
