TELKOM REALLY!

I have spent endless hours on the phone with Telkom Call Center Agents & the fact that i'm not getting the service promised by them is not bugging anyone, NO ONE OFFERS ME TO TALK to the Manager or Supervisor I just get broken promises. I requested that our line gets moved from one premises to another and have received several messages from Telkom stating that a tech has been booked for dates X Y AND Z yet no one ever pitches, ONE tech came out on the 29th December was there for all of 3 Minutes & then said he could not do our line as there is problems with the line & that another department would come out, he said it would take another week UNTIL YESTERDAY I HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD From Telkom despite my endless calls to them, I was promised a technician for today YET it is now 15h00 & NO word of a technician. I have paid my rental till the end of Jan for a product / service that is non existent!! I have used my cell phone to make the million calls all costing me more & more money at the end of the day & yet NO JOY FROM TELKOM AT ALL!!! Every promise that was made saw us spending the whole day waiting around for a TECH that never pitches Incl. TODAY Waist of Time & OFF Work!
