Telkom raising people from the death. Closed account open miraculously.

My mother died 01/02/2015 almost 5 years ago .We went to Telkom to close the account balance was paid in full and account was trf to new owners of the house . After 5 years out of the blue we got an account for the deceased ZG Steenkamp . Does Telkom resurrect peolple from the death after 5 years . Never received an account out of the blue we get an account .Does dead people make calls from the grave .Telkom is you know how to make money even if you death for 5 years .
