Telkom rain no signal

I have been having problems with my wifi at home for 3weeks no signal i work at home i try calling they dont pick up..i request a call they dont call back..but they took their money from my account but i am struggling with signal..they dont care about customers only care about their money

I realy dont recomand telkom rain wifi it sucks big time
