Telkom R99 Deal

<p>I have app**** with telkom for this deal, and was unsuccessful. I then asked if I could pay up the contract in full and I was told no by the store. I have tried calling the sales agents at the call centre and wait hours before my call is answered. This is very unprofessional! I asked my Dad to apply online for the deal as I don't want to miss out and no one has called him bac**** I do not appreciate the service we are getting from you guys and I am not sure if I would recommend you to anyone I know!! I mean if I can't even pay up the contract? It means you guys can't accommodate your customers! You want us to buy but you can't meet us half way! And in store they want stamped bank statements!!! Which is expensive these days when you go to the bank. I AM APPAULED by your services!!!!</p>
