Telkom R799 LTE ( Low Technical Experiance)

<p>Sine June 2016 with much anticipation and expectation, based on the advertising, I subscribed to Telkoms R799 LTE deal. From the word go the promised net speeds were never as advertised, averaging 2Mbps or less. After many complaints a technician graced me with his holy presence, only to inform me the problem to be "tower capacity" related, intructing me to take up the matter with the Ivory Tower which is Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>After many a communication was sent I time after time simply recieved the generic response : " Hi Lourens . Sorry for the inconvenience. We will get our team to follow up on this query for you. Thank you.^ID"</p> <p> </p> <p>Never has the term buyers remorse rang more true, and due to the nature of the contract with Telkom I am basicaly married in communion of property with telkom for the remainder of the contract.</p>
